Here’s how the “Partnership” program works:
What is the Support – Scratch – Save Fundraiser?
Scratch & Save – Fundraising That Benefits Everyone!
The Scratch Card looks like and functions just like a lottery scratch ticket … but in reverse. The Customer scratches a spot and a dollar amount is revealed. (This varies from 50 cents to $3.00.) For instance: A person may scratch two spots that reveal $2.00 and 75 cents. That person would donate $2.75 to the . Non-profit. Each card is worth $100.00.
(When the Scratch Card is empty (completely scratched out) … $100.00 would have been donated to the Non-profit Organization.)
When the Customer gives the scratched out amount to the Non-profit … the Customer then receives one free Coupon.
The Coupon Book contains 30 discount slips. Each coupon (slip) has money saving discount deals from nine different area businesses. The Customer takes the Coupon to the area Business and redeems their discount.
When a Non-profit Organization chooses to participate in the “Support – Scratch -Save” Partnership Fundraiser they will receive 10 Scratch Card Books (which each contain one Scratch Card and 30 Coupons). The Non-profit hands out one book to a Member. These 10 Members talk to friends, family and conduct fundraising drives in their different neighborhoods. When all empty 10 Books are returned … $1,000 dollars would have been raised.
The Businesses gain support from the Community when the discount Coupons are redeemed. The Non-profit Organization gains support from the Community resident when they scratch and donate. And the Community Resident gains a great big smile when they scratch and save money with their discount Coupon. Everybody wins with “Support – Scratch – Save”.

The following is an outlay overview of the FEES and COSTS occurred and generated by HEELS Funding to conduct Business with our Clients.
a) Partnership FEE – $ All Clients are charged a minimum FEE to participate in any of the HEELS FUNDIG multi-TIER Partnership Plans. The FEE decreases as Partnership grows with the Client.
b) FAN FEE – $ HEELS FUNDING is a local Distributor for some of the best nation-wideFunding Agent Networks (FANS) who provide products; consultant/guidance; and, other support services to help Non-profits to elevate and educate their lives for success. Our Clients pay a small fee for this extraordinary opportunity to grow and financially move forward.
c) Product FEE – $ HEELS FUNDING continually searches for Funding Agents who offer a wide array of fund raising opportunities to non-profit organizations. We have amassed some of the best Funding Agents in the business. They offer some of the old tried and true methods of fundraising like selling food (popcorn, cookies, candy, etc.); bringing local businesses in to offer discounts in partnership with your GOALS; and yes, everyone loves to gamble for fun…so We have Scratch Tickets; We also offer (a) no cost to YOU) Order Taker Products. Your Non-profit Group takes orders and collects the cash for the products. You then turn in the order to Heels Funding. And WHAM… You get paid. Our Clients, like any other business, pay a fee for the products they choose to purchase and sell.
d) LOGO FEE – $ All Clients have the opportunity to design and display their unique personalized Logo on some of the fundraising products. This helps to bring authenticity to your efforts. as well as help to bring unity and increase advertising for your organization. Our Clients will be billed a small fee for this great marketing potential.
e) Customized Coupon – $ If You are a Client with foresight, and who has the desire and ability to bring your local business community into your mission – We get You! And We Have Your Back! Discount coupons are given away as incentives for people to participate and donate money to your organization’s fundraising endeavors. A FEE is charged to put up 12 local businesses of your choosung onto the coupon

But we have a few tricks up our sleeve.
First of all, Heelsfunding is going to seek out ONLY the Businesses who have shown a firm commitment and dedication to their Consumers and the neighborhood for which they do business. You will ALL be grouped proudly together on the Coupon. And, as we hand the coupons out…we will tell everybody just what a Community asset your business is.

However, this mostly exists for larger Clients/Non-profit Organizations (Schools, Churches, and bigger Non-profits with hundreds of Members who will undertake Fundraiser Campaigns of $10,000 dollars or more.
